We are a senior missionary couple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We are stationed in Manila, Philippines. We are assigned to work in the Area Presidency's Office.
And the river took over, too. They told us there were 16 rapids on the river that we would have to cross. The boat men had to get out and drag us over the rocks. (This isn't us, however.)
The Pagsanjan Gorge is long and deep.
